Over this whole weekend, my thoughts and thanks will go out to all veterans, both living and to those who have left us! My special thoughts will go out to my Father, who is 90 and a WWII veteran who never talked about it! I now see that he just wanted to protect his family from the horrible thoughts...

I figure it might be easier to buy pigments to make any kind of oil based paint. Water based paint can be made with baking soda, white vinegar, light corn syrup, corn starch and food colors, dye or pigment. I'm looking forward to giving it a try.
