Holy cow Tom that span in pic - elineweathered3.jpg - looks to be six to eight feet long. When are we going to see a track plan? I can see some of the reasons why the members of the Butty clan love to come over for ops.

I'd sure like to see a trackplan. I generally position myself near the diamonds as I was "advised" that's the only place I can get in big trouble. It's a very interesting mainline configuration (and getting more interesting - gulp)

JMan and Cousin David,

The high trestle span is actually 7ft. 4inches long!

As far as a track plan I'd like to show you one but don't know how to do comp. wise. Besides, the plan is still evolving as I build. I have a general idea but am not familiar with any of the CAD programs!

No, it wouldn't!!! Well, that's settled.

Hey! Don't even kid about that! Besides, I retained visitation rights to see the cows at my namesake meat packing company. :D 3:-O :))

Bob,

Of course I was joking; however, I must say that "your" cows are now being served at Wendy's if you want to catch a quick "Goodbye"!!! 3:-O 8-x 3:-O :D

Those tressels look great. It must be very impressive when you have trains running over them! I really like the 4-diamond crossover also....that's a piece of art! You're really getting a lot of excellent work done. Keep the photos coming.

Tom,
This is awesome! Looks really good... I hope to get down there one day & check it out personally... thanks for sharing your journey. Maybe you can work with Bob Sprague... he's tops at getting track plans on the computer...

Ok, are my eyes playing tricks on me? Looks like the track approaching the diamonds is super elevated. What gives?

That's a right nice set of crossovers - are they handlaid, or out of a package? It's hard to tell (But the look handlaid to me).
