You probably all saw my first scratch build last year of the rooming house from Baraga MI in 1:48.

So this year I tackled another big project and this is where I'm at.

This is a big building in 1:48; base is 15" x 20" and over 18" tall on the trackside.

I remember the Rooming House build. Very nice. This new project seems like quite a project. Is it going to be derelict or an operating business.

I remember the picture of the feed store. I have it stashed somewhere for my scratchbuilding project. Was it demolished by the owner next day after town council ordered to preserve it? Or something like that?
Good start on it.

It will be an operating business. I model 1920 and the Feed mill was well maintained back then. The owner was very particular.

The mill was demolished after some mysterious lightning hit it. The Town had a standing order preventing its demolition contrary to the new owner's desire.

The fire made it a hazard so the owner got his wish.

Karl, I like the Bar Mills shingles as well. It looks like you had some shift or were in too much of a hurry. Creative signs by Jim as usual.
