When you mentioned the Bird Cage, I immediately thought of Knott's Berry Farm.
I went back through my vacation photos and found this shot.

Karl, the cafe doesn't go next to that. The cafe goes next to a hotel I will be doing.

Greetings to all. haven't been here for quite some time. Been busy as heck traveling, doing RR shows, working on new projects and designing new web site. Actually, doesn't appear there has much action here at the "Partner Forums". Hope the reason is you are all busy building models.

Now for some updates:
SHOWS
1.Did the Springfield Mass. show this past January and will have table at next show as well.
2.Exhibited at the Chicago O scale show two weeks ago and will be there next year
3.Will be at the Kimberton PA module meet as I have been for years
4.30th NG convention in September
5.Tenative plans for being at the NG show in Paris France this coming November.

Products
1.Still taking orders for the Scrap Yard I exhibited`at CSS09.
2.Also, will have a second kit "the Majestic Theatre". This a commemorative for the National Narrow Gauge Convention. Picture will be on my web site soon.
3. Have a new line of structures. I'm calling it the crossroads series. These kits will be easy to build, high quality and very affordable. They won't be limited edition. I will try to keep them in stock at all times. The first one was "the Laundry" Price is $40. Now, despite what I just said. I sold out of these in Chicago. As soon as I can get some wood, I will be cutting some more. Pictures will be on my web site very soon.
5. All my rolling stock prices have been reduced and I also introduced a new box car. This one uses a Bachmann under frame and has pre-bent grab irons.
6. I'm working on two new pieces of rolling stock. A tank car on a flat car and frame less style tank.

Speaking
of my web site. I haven't spent much time updating my old one since I've been trying to concentrate on the new site I'm building. The new software (Micrsoft Expression Web) was a bit of a steeper learning curve than I thought. So, I'm going to update my old site (created with Frontpage) tomorrow. 3/30/10.

Well that's about it for now.
See ya, Roger

Gawd, Microsoft Front Page is awful! Hope that Microsoft Expression Web works better. (If not, my wife uses Adobe Dreamweaver. I just code in straight HTML...)

Dave, Your right Frontpage is awful by todays standards. I have Dreamweaver but prefer Expression Web 3.
