OK Candy.....

You have put up photos before and I have gone and scratched something to match. I'm not going with you on this one. It is a very cool fun building but I'm in the middle of scratching a Pacific Electric steeple cab trolley motor locomotive. I'm sort of procrastinating on the super structure but I've got the sub frame done and adapted the power trucks to it. I'm most of way through the truck side frames as they were a very distinctive Westinghouse patent motor truck.

see ya

You could use the SS Ltd cast bay windows to get a head start on that build. http://66.241.223.134/merchant2/merchan ... _Count=175

DPM has buildings in H0 and in N-scale that you could kitbash it with.

This does look too easy.

Reminds me what got me looking into this forum in the first place, Ken Hamiltons kitbash of the street with DPM structures. Can't seem to find that thread, hope it isn't gone.

If you find it please share it. I would post Ken's fotki URL but I do not know it off-hand. I do know Ken posts many of his builds there.

Allas , I had the link on our Dutch Forum, but when I click it , kitforums gives me an error message, topic does not exist, it must have gone last week with all those other topics. This one should have been bumped , I didn't know it was that old already. Imho build threads shouldn't be erased, but it's not my forum. I also don't understand that I can only search once every few minutes.
I found the Fotki album though http://public.fotki.com/khamilton/models/dpm-storefronts/
The image outside that had all my friends fooled , they thought it was a real life street in New York
