Good day folks.

Pictured above is the Jonesborough, TN court house. Notice the clock has a lavender face. Also notice the pigeons.

Good Morning...
30 something degrees here in FL, my alarm chose a good to day to break and spare me the 5am Monday workout call.

Valentine's tomorrow and I haven't gotten anything yet. The Digitrax decoders last year were not well received!!

Any ideas?

Let's see. Electronics are out. How about flowers, such as scenery material? Or ballast (dirt for flowers)? Maybe, weathering chalks (you could claim they were make up)? Wiring would be nice. You could claim it's to hang things as needed around the house. Just make it a small enough gauge she can't use it on you! A weekend away woud be nice as long as its for railfanning.
Let me give this some more thought: I'm sure there's more to come up with.

Cold here, 30! I'm in the office getting ready to tell why I wouldn't make a good juror!

Have a great day!

Get her something bright and sparkly...

Get her some LEDs.

Nothing says LUV better than LED.

A rose will last a couple days...an LED will last 80,000 hours.

Good morning everyone!

Found some pics on my phone that you all might find interesting.

The first is a Gulf and Ohio car that sits outside the University of Tennessee.

Here is a building in Trenton GA. I'm not sure what it's used for. I just thought it looked interesting and might make a cool scratchbuild one day.

And lastly is a pic of our barn that Dad build when I was a kid. Probably a good 25-30 years ago. It was snowing the other day when I took the pic.

I agree with Slim, led's are the only way to go. Bob you must have gone on the same road trip I did. I found it difficult to get good pictures because there were so many people right up next to the layouts. Twas very nice for sure. I won't bother to post pictures of it since Bob has.
