Great job Eric, very tedious work, but seeing the result absolutely worth it.

WOW! Individual stone work like you have done can't compare to carved stone in sheet no matter how good it might be!! Fantastic work and very very realistic.

Cheers!

Thanks all for your comment.
Dave : fo the seaweed, I'm not sure. I've see 2 example, one by Dave frary, and a second, I don't rember where, that I don't like... all the wall was cover with green/brown-red jelly stock.
For The Barnacles... probably yes, if I found a method to do them ... I remeber to have read somewhere a guy who make barnacles with "ClubHouse - Montreal Steack House spice" .
Any suggest ???
Thanks in advance

Hello Everybody,
During the past week, i've work on the wharf of my project.
For begin i've glu the stone wall in place, and cover the harizontal surface with plaster cloth. When it dry, I've tape a template and drill the hole for the pilar of the wharf.

Then I've make an other template for doing the pilar and Transverse bracing of the wharf. I've do 8 pieces of 5 pile.

I've paint the base with different tone of paint between the ocean blue and black, and cover it with 2 coat of Modge Podge. And glue them in place, and verify the alignement and horizontality with a "Bubble Level" (sorry, I don't know if it's the real word for this instrument... you know, the small air bubble in a liquide, that fit perfectly in the middle when perfectly horizontal or vertical ), after what I've try to do ocean wave with two thick coat of Modge Podge. I'm not really satisfied by the result. For the rest of the dio, i'm trying something different. I Think Modge Podge is perfect for a river, or something smallest of a river, but not really appropriate for doing oceanic waves. Then i've glue the pile cap and stringer in place.

Finally i've glue the decking in place. Except on the place of the building ( for economical reason , i've a small lack of stock)

Next step, make a stair and, othe pile and a Crane. If you have any suggest, draw, link about wharf crane.... I'm very intersting to see them.... Thanks in advance.

Looking good Eric. I like the coloring on the deck.
