The original listing had a sidebar offering a model of a Turkish train station in HO. Perhaps that is why.

Would by the engine house, but it is card stock like the station, jimmy should make a deal and sell it in wood, after all, all the hard work has been done!

I love the email that ebay sends when you win. "Here's what other bought to compliment thier purchace..."

Well, I'm not sure how 6 empty Athearn boxes will compliment my fishing shack I just won, but thanks for the heads up...

Geeze...

Yesterday there was a Yehuda's that sold for around $230. Now THAT is crazy.

Apparently putting as many big names in the train hobby as possible on your eBay listing will get the listing noticed.

Railroad Kits, Fos and Scotty Mason all in one.

I still have this little kit unbuilt. I owe it to myself to build it.

The seller is charging almost double what Jimmy does for shipping. :o The dinghy ad is weird also. The "catch" doesn't look like fish, but there's a lot of "fish blood" everywhere. Ick!

You're right. Looks more like a bloody scrap metal gondola load. I wonder if that's a Motrak load. ;)

E-bay has sure changed over the years, used to be easy to find bargains, now you have to wade through hundreds of overpriced junk to find something that is not over priced even, let alone a bargain. But I did manage to get three Atlas steam eara classics RTR reefers for around $11 each out the door and they were missing from my collection to boot!

Ebay used to be a place where a lot of non commercial people sold what they had lying around doing nothing , no I don't mean they had Jaime =)) =)) =)) , and were glad to get something for it. Nowadays it's almost all businesses that start auctions at prices everyone can get the item for at a regular online shop, very seldomly do you find a real bargain, but there are still some out there.
