We all have days like that sometimes Dave. Apparently it was your turn. It was a beautiful day here in Iowa. I was outside quite a bit. I filled a big hole in one of our garden spaces. A tractor and loader make moving several cubic yards of well composted hay and manure a lot easier than using a shovel and a wheelbarrow.

No modeling today though. I may yet assemble a box car from Rib Side Cars though. Or just laze around watching Storage Wars on DirecTV. ;)

I spent the day looking at used cars. Seems like they are more like used up cars.

A man after my own heart! Nothing better on a beautiful Sunday than moving well composted hay and manure followed by Storage Wars.
I love that show, along with American Pickers and Pawn Stars.

I think we moved a lot of manure this week-end, between Cracker Barrel, UP 844, and the hobby shop!
I sure thought so when Tom took us through the Hood and the white trash trailers! =)) =))

:) We have a small cow barn and a chicken house with a bunch of manure in them. You're welcome to stop by and help move some of that manure into the spreader so our sweet corn patch will be fertilized. :)

I'll believe that when I see you post a build thread on your 'white trash trailer park' neighborhood! :ymdevil: :ymdevil:
I want to see Jaime's car weaving around the lowered crossing guards in the scene, too.
But, don't push yourself too hard - you can leave out Gnat's vehicle heading up the 'Off Ramp"! =)) =)) =))

Since I retired, my schedule has got real busy! But I'll try to get there about the time the sweet corn is ready. I love good sweet corn! :)) :))

Jaime only went around 1 crossing guard, the other one was still UP. I noticed that you followed... That brings back the old question I am quite sure your mother asked "If johnny jumps off the bridge in to the big river are going to jump too"...

On another front I do want to have an old trailer junked up like we saw. I am looking for a reasonably priced Juniors shiner trailer kit for this...

Until next time...

I believe that crossing guard was stuck. That sort of thing happens. It was a fun event nonetheless.
