Thanks, LHC. Hope all is well and sorry you missed your chance to confront Turner. Did he show up at the convention? Did anyone see him selling?

I looked for a Turner sign but found none.

I sent him an email last night and asked if he could resolve the matter? He responded that he could get at least half the funds refunded and he ADDED: he is in good graces with Blackstone and could send some cars for the other half. I asked him what he had in stock and am waiting for his reply. We'll see..................

Point of note, since I have actually been around those type buggies, the steel rims tend to quickly age to a black-age color with rust areas and a steel color only where damage has occurred or patina has rubbed off (remember these were used on a lot of dirt roads, gravel if you were lucky, and as such, parts of the wheel were always subjected to water, even when it wasn't raining).
