FOR SALE OR TRADE - Division Point HO Scale CV 2-10-4

Postby CVSNE » Tue Oct 05, 2010 9:20 am

Although it's a beautiful model it's become obvious the HO Division Point 2-10-4 is simply too large for my current home layout,
and I need to free up some $$ to fund the purchase of one of the new 2-8-0s or 4-6-0s when and/or if they become available.

Before listing this on ebay or consigning it I thought I'd offer it to forum members.

It's an HO scale Division Point factory painted number 707 ("late" with the thinner cab numbers and red monogram on the tender).

It's only been test run, and runs quite well although it really needs a 30" radius curve.

They sell for ~$1500-$1600 from brass dealers.

I'll offer this model at $1350.00, plus shipping and will take check (I will wait for the check to clear, however) or Paypal. I would also consider a trade arrangement for a CV N-5 2-8-0.

Please contact me OFF LIST if interested.

Marty,

I've always loved the look of Central Vermont's 2-10-4's! Division Point did a fantastic job on this model as well.

Hi Tom:

Yep that sounds like something Howard would say.
