Here is my version of the elevated tower. I think I used plans from Wayne Weslowski's book on structures. Here's a few photos.

Here's a couple of mine.
I scratch built this mostly from illustration board, paper and different thickness of card stock. I scratch built the tower from brass.



These two are built from plaster castings I made using Linka brick molds.





This is build from all sorts of materials and it isn't finished yet. I'm not sure when I'll get back to work on it.

I'm a big fan of your Davetown Salvage - that was a neat build thread you did... the boat works takes a very close second, especially the travel-lift. Hope you're doin' well and recovering quickly.

Thanks, much appreciated. Karl is right, Rusty Stumps and Micro Mart both sell the stringers. On the models Karl and I did, we had to cut them out of stock stripwood.
