Layout How finished are you?

I'd give myself a 5, overall. Benchwork is 80% done (all but two peninsulas for branches), track is 75% (branches, one industrial area still being planned), control system is 90% (unless I decide to add signals), equipment is around 80%. However, rough scenery is around 40% and structures are maybe 20%. I've been stalled on several structures all summer (complicated by a divorce in progress and my mother's death) but I did some track planning this morning and I may have found something I like for GE's River Works.

...I would also like to know the size of some of the layouts of this group, and are you satisfied, would you do it larger, smaller???...my layout covers approx 1600 square feet......and when I do it over it will be smaller (maybe about 800-1000 square feet), so that I can really detail it down to the smallest detail. But I love this existing layout, especially for our ops sessions.

My B&M Eastern Route occupies an area 39 feet by 13 feet in my attic, but the actual area of layout at the moment is about 200 sq. ft. (a roughly 2 foot wide shelf around the walls). When I get around to finishing the two branches, that will increase to about 250 sq. ft. Currently 63 of the eventual 83 turnouts are operational.

Mine is a domino design and approx 200 sq feet of layout but it will have a over 200' mainline. Thought about making it smaller so it would be done.
